As Beuchner said, “To lend each other a hand… perhaps that’s the only work that matters in the end.” None of us have all the answers, and we never will. The truth is that we all need a helping hand when it comes to bringing excellence to the table. Looking at artful masters, sports heroes, government leaders, or business giants, there is a community surrounding their success, growth, and experience all along the way. 

We all need accountability, we all need support, we all need someone to come alongside us and help us see what we cannot, understand what we don’t know, and think about the bigger picture. That’s what we do at 24|15. Choose this day how you will live your life, whom you will serve, when you will make a change, and where you will end up heading as you go forward in life. This is not only a workshop you can go through but also an ongoing coaching opportunity for you to be a part of. Leadership isn’t innate. As Jean Valjean came to understand in Les Misérables, when his life was about himself, it was full of scarcity, pain, and frustration; but when it was lived for the benefit of others, it was full of joy, community, and purpose.
